SELF-SERVICE
Benefit from the automation of the reception process. External persons independently register via the self-service module and thus reduce the workload for your reception staff.
Depending on the requirements on security and documentation, the module can be used as a tablet application or as a comprehensive kiosk system, including additional hardware components.
ONLINE CHECK-IN
The online check-in enables the entire registration process to be handled before the respective person arrives on the premises. Thanks to VISIT, your visitors can finish all required actions, from reviewing the master data up to completing the safety instructions, conveniently at home or while on the way. Unnecessary bureaucracy on site is thus avoided, and the efficiency of the entire process is optimized.
CREATION OF VISITOR PASSES
Visitor passes are created automatically and individually by the system directly during the registration process for each group of persons. After successful registration, the passes are printed and immediately issued by the reception staff or the self-service module at the kiosk system.
