In order to meet future security and modernisation requirements, we strongly recommend switching to the Microsoft Graph API in combination with OAuth2. This modern authentication procedure not only offers more security, but also a future-proof basis for sending emails from VISIT.
\nPlease plan the changeover in good time to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) via e-mail<\/strong><\/p>\nMulti-factor authentication (MFA) via e-mail is now available for even more security when logging in to VISIT. Users receive a confirmation code to their registered e-mail address, which must be entered in addition to the regular login. This method offers a simple but effective addition to the protection of your accounts.<\/p>\n
Maximum visit duration now per visit type<\/strong><\/p>\nPreviously, the maximum visit duration was set at the location and therefore applied to all visit types at the location. We have now created more flexibility for different visit types: The maximum duration of a visit can now be configured per visit type, as a job interview, for example, should not last longer than a day, but tradespeople may well be granted access for a few weeks.<\/p>\n
Photo upload for visitors<\/strong><\/p>\nAs a receptionist, would you like to avoid long queues and, ideally, print out visitor tickets in advance so that large groups of visitors can be processed efficiently and quickly at reception?
