VISIT Basic
The new cockpit is here!
After intensive work, we would now like to present our new cockpit to you. It provides plant maintenance engineers with a central overview of all visits that have been pre-registered, have arrived, or have begun. From here, it is possible to open and edit individual visits, start pre-registered and arrived visits, or end visits that have already begun.
To ensure a smooth workflow, the user is supported by filters, a search field, and quick filter buttons for pending actions. In addition, you can configure in detail which information about visits is displayed on the cockpit.
New hardware connection
The W&T relay can now be configured for digital outputs. The setup is similar to the previous procedure: A digital output is created in the CDM, e.g., to switch a barrier, an elevator, or an acoustic signal, which can then be used, for example, when reading a QR code or after self-registration. The W&T relay offers up to eight switchable outputs.

Do emails reminding your visitors to attend training sessions tend to get lost in their inboxes?
VISIT now automatically ensures that your participants are reminded of upcoming training sessions. Thanks to individually adjustable intervals, open training sessions are reliably reminded – you save time, increase commitment, and can be sure that training sessions will be completed.
Training courses can now also be created and maintained by users with the appropriate authorization. To do this, training courses should be restricted to locations and organizational units.

Ad-Hoc Anmeldung mit flexiblerer Auswahl der Mitarbeiter
Mit der neuen Version können sich Besucher bei der Ad-hoc-Selbstanmeldung am Kiosk noch einfacher orientieren: Der Ansprechpartner kann standortübergreifend aus allen Mitarbeitern des Unternehmens gewählt werden. Gleichzeitig bleibt die volle Kontrolle bei Ihnen – im Kiosk-Workflow lässt sich flexibel konfigurieren, aus welchen Mitarbeitern die Auswahl bestehen soll.
