Protection of your privacy

We want you to know exactly which data we collect on our websites, how and when we store and how we use them. Our websites are created and managed in Germany. Therefore, the statutory regulations for processing personal data of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

What happens when you use our websites?

We are of course interested in how we can further develop our websites according to your preferences. To do so, we would like to know which pages and information you find interesting and which appeal less to you. The collected data are stored securely based on our security policy – only few authorized persons in our company have access to these data. The data are always evaluated promptly and completely anonymized. After being analyzed, the data are completely deleted.

Are personal data collected?

Personal data constitute information that is clearly attributable to an individual person. If you visit our website without completing any forms, we will only become aware of the information described further above. This information is generally not personal unless you have a static IP address that is registered in your name.

We only collect personal data if you contact us actively, e.g., by e-mail or requesting information through our web forms. Moreover, personal data are only stored if you provide them, e.g., by registering, participating in a survey, or to execute a contract.

Any personal data generated in this way will only be collected, processed and used according to the respectively valid regulations on the protection of personal data and only for the purpose of processing a contract and to safeguard our own justified business interests with respect to consulting and supporting our customers and the needs-based product design.

The applicant management service is operated by Teamtailor on behalf of ASTRUM IT GmbH. It is important that people who use the service feel secure when processing their personal data as part of the application process and are informed about how it is handled. We endeavour to maintain the highest possible standards of personal data protection.

We believe it is your right to be confident that the data you provide to us will not be passed on to third parties. We will therefore treat your data confidentially and will not pass it on to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

As a user of our website, you have various rights under the GDPR, which arise in particular from Art. 15 to 18, 21 GDPR:

5) Right to restriction of processing:

You have the right, within the framework of the requirements of Art. 18 GDPR, to request the restriction of the processing of data concerning you.

6) Right to object:

In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of data concerning you at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

7) Right to lodge a complaint:

You can contact the supervisory authority responsible for you at any time with a complaint. Your competent supervisory authority depends on the federal state of your place of residence, your work or the alleged infringement.
