New Outlook Web Add-in

You can now use the new Outlook Web Add-in, which provides all the functions of the pre-registration page directly in Outlook, platform-independent and easily rollable out via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. This requires Outlook in the Microsoft 365 version (new or classic) with API version V1.15.

Try it now and make the switch with ease!

VISIT Self-Service

Employee verification during self-registration with ID number or scan

It often happens that employees forget their access cards and are therefore unable to open doors. Employees can already register using their ID number via self-registration. To reliably verify their identity, an ID card can now also be scanned. If the data matches, a standard replacement ID card can be issued.

New positioning aid for taking visitor photos

A live positioning aid is now available to help visitors quickly and easily take a reusable photo. It shows directly during the shot whether the position is correct – for perfect photos without subsequent corrections.

VISIT E-Learning

New overview for training coordinators – pending training courses now directly viewable

Planning will become much easier for training coordinators in the future: From now on, not only can training courses that have already been completed be viewed in the information system, but also all pending training courses – for both visitors and employees.
