  VISIT BASIC

The new "Resources" feature is a major gain: Here you can easily upload images that you reference in an e-mail template. This makes exchanging images much easier and keeping your images up to date is child's play. This means that in future you will not have to adapt the HTML template of the e-mail, just replace the image in the "Resources".

Also new: From version 15.5.0, you can export information on personal data for each visitor.

There is also an improvement in employee import: you can now import group memberships within LDAP directly into a group in VISIT. 

Another new feature is that it is now possible to configure for each location that visits lasting several days are automatically terminated at a specific time each day if the visit was started before a configurable time.

An e-mail can now be sent to the visited employee or a configurable e-mail address when a booking is successfully made at an access terminal. For example, when a VISIT QR code is scanned at a parking garage barrier, a message can be sent to the visiting employee, allowing them to receive their visit directly at the entrance.

VISIT Plus

Another exciting feature for the use of multiple organizational units is the option to remove the restricted visibility for trusted organizational units. As soon as restricted visibility is set, it is now also possible to set which organizational units are to be stored as trustworthy and can therefore view the visibility of visits, visitors, vehicles, companies and employees of the corresponding organizational unit.

VISIT Connect

Do you use VISIT for an industrial park or do you differentiate between several companies within VISIT? Then the following new feature will certainly be of interest to you: 

VISIT now supports the connection of multiple SAML identity providers. This means that different SSO links can also be used for single sign-on in future.

We offer you a further configuration option in the access rights area if, for example, you want to differentiate between the preset end of access authorization for craftsmen and visitors in your company. The setting can now be stored directly when creating the visit type.

VISIT Logistics

The Public API can now be used to start and end attendances of delivery traffic visits using the "Attendance" endpoint.

VISIT E-Learning

Improved clarity and easier management in the VISIT training area:

When selecting the groups to be trained for a training course, several groups can now be selected. If a person has multiple group memberships, only one e-mail notification is sent for this training.
