Renew safety briefing before expiry of validity

Some visitors, such as permanent tradesmen, receive access authorisation over a long period of time. In this case, it is often the case that their safety briefing loses its validity in the meantime. Without a timely reminder, this can lead to unexpected access blocks for visitors and thus to unnecessary delays.

To ensure smooth access for visitors, it is now possible to configure how many days before expiry a safety briefing can be refreshed. In addition, visitors can be informed of renewed safety instructions by means of an automatic notification. This leaves enough time to renew the safety briefing in good time in the online check-in or at the kiosk terminal, thus ensuring uninterrupted access.

More efficient on-site check-in by signing online in advance

From now on, visitors can sign directly after the security briefing in the online check-in – quickly, easily and directly on their own device. This eliminates the need to sign at the kiosk or signature pad on site, making the check-in process even more efficient.

Thanks to the intuitive touch & mouse support, the signature can be entered directly by the visitor without additional hardware. The new function also adapts dynamically to different end devices – whether smartphone, tablet or PC.
