VISIT Basic

Default visibility for visitors can be configured separately

Starting immediately, the default visibility when creating visitors can be configured separately for business and private visitors. Whereas previously a single setting applied to both types of visitors, you now have the option to set individual default settings. For example, you can make business visitors visible by default, while private visitors are initially displayed with restricted visibility—or vice versa. This allows data protection requirements to be implemented even more precisely and transparently.

New filter option for pre-registrations for greater clarity in the Cockpit

With the latest update to the Cockpit, managing pre-registrations is now even clearer: You can now specifically filter pre-registrations that have not yet begun. This new filtering option complements the existing “Completed with valid access” filter and offers you an even more precise selection of relevant visits.

Especially when dealing with a large number of long-term visits—such as those by technicians or external contractors—this feature provides greater clarity in day-to-day operations, allowing you to focus on the pre-registrations that are currently relevant. This simplifies planning, saves time, and supports a smooth workflow at the reception desk.

Maximum visit duration now configurable individually for visitors and delivery traffic

The maximum visit duration can now be set separately for visitors and delivery traffic visits. Previously, a single setting applied to both visit types—now you have the option to define individual specifications and thus specifically address different requirements.

This adjustment enables more precise control of your processes, for example by setting shorter time slots for delivery visits while maintaining longer visit durations for visitors.

Easily duplicate records

Starting immediately, existing records can be copied directly via a new “Duplicate” button on the overview page. This saves time and reduces manual effort—especially for new records that differ only in a few details. All relevant information is carried over and can then be customized as needed without having to re-enter all the data. The functionality has been implemented for the configuration of Cockpit Cards and Kiosk Workflows and will be gradually integrated into other areas as well.

Better overview with customizable table rows

For an even more flexible display of the Cockpit and the new logistics overview, the height of the table rows can now be customized individually. You can choose between flat, medium, and tall views, which adjust both the row height and the spacing between entries. This allows you to display more records on a single page as needed or present content in a clearer layout.

VISIT Self-Service

Safety instructions can now be configured separately for WRC and OCI

With this latest update, you as an administrator gain more control over the use of your safety instructions: The scope of application can now be configured separately for the kiosk system and online check-in. Whereas previously all instructions automatically applied to both areas, targeted assignment is now possible. For example, you can activate certain safety instructions exclusively for the kiosk system, while others are used only in online check-in.

VISIT Logistics

Custom table view now selectable per loading point

The table configuration used in the logistics overview can now be selected for each loading point. By creating configurations for different loading points, you can optimally reflect the varying requirements and workflows of individual loading points at a single location.

Especially at locations with multiple loading points, this new feature ensures that each loading point sees the information relevant to it in the overview. This ensures greater efficiency, better traceability, and significantly simplifies daily work, as each loading point receives exactly the view it needs.

VISIT Connect

Assign Organizational Units via the REST API

Visitors can now optionally be assigned directly to an organizational unit via the REST API. This allows data to be managed in an even more structured way and integrated more easily into existing organizational structures. The new assignment option supports consistent data maintenance and provides greater flexibility when connecting to external systems.
