VISIT Basic

Multiple Selection When Adding

In the pop-up for adding people to groups, you can now select multiple people at once and assign them to a group. For example, you can filter the employee list by a specific department. You can then select the desired employees in bulk and add them in a single step. This eliminates the need to repeatedly open the pop-up for each individual employee, which significantly speeds up the process and makes it more efficient.

Enhanced Security for Digital Signatures

An overlay file is now automatically applied to all signatures from visitors and employees. While this feature previously required separate configuration, the system now provides the overlay by default. If needed, it can be customized to meet your company’s specific requirements. This change enhances security and traceability, as signatures cannot be easily removed from their original context.

More Design Options for Support Notices

The configurable support notice now supports the use of HTML. This allows notices to be formatted attractively, text to be highlighted, and links to additional information or documentation to be inserted. This makes it possible to present important information clearly and improve communication with users.

New Permissions: Edit Scheduled End Time Retrospectively

With the new permissions, employees can now edit the scheduled end time of visits they have created themselves, even after the visit has begun or ended. This is particularly useful for ongoing visits coordinated by employees: For example, if a contractor needs to stay on-site longer, the employee can simply extend the visit on their own—without having to create a new visit.

This makes visit management even more flexible and enables employees to make changes quickly and easily on their own.

Safety Instructions Can Now Be Configured Separately for WRC and OCI

With this latest update, you—as an administrator—gain more control over how your safety briefings are used: The scope of application can now be configured separately for the kiosk system and online check-in. Whereas previously all briefings automatically applied to both areas, targeted assignment is now possible. For example, you can activate certain safety briefings exclusively for the kiosk system, while others are used only in online check-in.

Custom Positioning Guide for Visitor Photos

The positioning guide for visitor photos can now be customized: You can now upload your own positioning guide. This allows you to tailor the display to your specific needs—for example, to match the camera position, the desired frame, or your corporate design. This makes it easier for visitors to position themselves correctly and ensures consistently high-quality photos.

Please note the changes to the system requirements and end-of-life dates:

  • Outlook 2021 will no longer be supported as of October 2026
